KEY LOCKER/KEY SERVICE
Do you want to rent your apartment/house yourself but want us to take care of your keys? We offer the possibility of using our key service, which includes the possibility for You (for a fee, see below) to have Your keys dropped off and collected in connection with the tenant's arrival and departure.
In case of Keyholding, it is mandatory that SuiteHomeSpain takes care of all cleaning and maintains the residence with sheets and towels.
- Delivery and collection of keys: €50/occasion (includes both delivery and collection of keys.
- Sheets and towels: €15/person (mandatory)
- Cleaning from €55 (mandatory)
- Bath towel: €10/person (not mandatory)
The total amount is paid by the tenant in cash at the time of handing over the keys.
Key service only
If you don't want to run the risk of forgetting your keys at home, we can help you with key service, which consists of keeping a set of keys in a safe place. When using this service a total of €50/occasion is charged. We keep your keys free of charge for one calendar year. This is followed by an annual charge of €200.
SUPERVISION
We offer supervision of your accommodation when you are not here. Supervision includes the following:
- Flush faucets and drains to counteract bad odors and vermin.
- Open windows and doors to ventilate.
- Check the house after a storm
- Check windows, doors and gates so that they have not been affected by external circumstances.
- Water plants as needed.
- Report if vermin or problems to the owner
- We can oversee renovations or other measures at the property.
Taken:
Option 1: 6 times/year (e.g. 1 time every 2 months): €150
Option 2: 12 times/year (e.g. once a month): €280
Option 3: 24 times/year (e.g. 2 times a month): €350
*Key service can be offered under the agreement.
*In each contract that includes the "supervision" product, 5 free gifts are included, including key suspension. After that, regular occasions cost €25/rental.
CLEANING
All SuiteHomeSpain staff wear work clothes that are easy to recognize for you, your guests and even local residents.
Native city
Hometown includes:
- Vacuum all floor surfaces, including under beds and sofas.
- Wet drying of all floor surfaces.
- Ventilation
- Cleaning surfaces of kitchen counters, sink, stove, cupboard, refrigerator and freezer.
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers/shower walls, bathtubs, mirrors, sinks, scrubbing cupboards and shelves.
- We dust tables, chairs, dressers, etc. (wet drying if necessary)
- Bed making when booking a holiday home through SuiteHomeSpainExperience.
Moving or major cleaning
This more thorough cleaning includes:
- Ventilation
- Vacuuming all floor surfaces.
- Wet drying of all floor surfaces.
- Wet drying of moldings.
- Clean all buttons and wall outlets.
- Internal cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer as long as both are turned off, defrosted and emptied.
- Internal cleaning of closets and other spaces.
- Cleaning the stove and oven.
- Cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, mirrors and bathroom furniture.
- Damp drying of all doors and handles.
- window cleaning
- Wet drying of exterior security blinds.
- Cleaning of balconies and terraces.

Quotes are sent after consultation in case your property has more than four (4) rooms/more than 120 square meters or if you only need window cleaning.
